Am i the only one with problems last 2-6 days? Just wondering
What kind of problems?
Cant make or receive calls on 2 different clients with 2 different ISP's in 2 Different Locations. Mine has a little trouble dialing numbers here and there.
Most of the issues we see with our direct customers are network related. Some routers/modems are very finicky. It's interesting, but the newer the router the harder they are to deal with because they have more advanced features that filter traffic without it being obvious, etc.
There are also so many different routers, modems, ISPs, phone equipment ,etc out there and that complicates things sometimes.
If there's a system-wide issue, you'll likely see a ton of posts here pretty quickly.
We are almost done with a basic "troubleshooting guide" which will run through the things our support staff does with direct customers. It also has "recommended/optimized" router settings like port forwarding etc which should resolve a lot of issues.
