Depends whether you have admin access to your ATA. If you got the ATA from VOIPo, I don't think you will have access. If you do, go to the line tabs and scroll down.

Don't think so, because with my previous provider, calls to the same work phone would show G711a. I don't have admin access to my adapter (VOIPo provided). I'll file a support ticket to see what's up and if I can be changed to G711. Thanks, -Craig
