    It has been down here in New Mexico since yesterday afternoon. No response from support after 6:00 PM last night and now it appears that their site is down along with the service.

    Same here. Several beeps and reset everything several times.
    site back up now 10:23 AM EDT Sept 15 2012
    mmm looks like modem reattaching...
